EMOTE offers complimentary standard shipping to (and returns from) addresses within the United States, for orders over $95. Please contact us for expedited order options. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

EMOTE offers complimentary International DHL Express shipping on all orders. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes incurred.

RETURNS

Items purchased are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.
To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoe dustbag.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of EMOTE. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or replacement.
To initiate a domestic return, please forward your order confirmation to info@emote-worl.com access and print your pre-paid UPS return label.
International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and a $35 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
